PTFE Sheet is featured by the best anti-chemical and dielectric properties among the already known plastics. It is also ageless, nonstick, and able to work from -210 ~ +260 degrees.
We have three styles of PTFE sheets.
WEITEN B301S – Skived PTFE Sheet
WEITEN B301M -- Molded PTFE Sheet
WEITEN B301F -- Filled PTFE Sheet
· Made for sealing gaskets.
· Electrical insulation parts, lining, oil less lubricating materials etc.
· Best chemical corrosion resistance.
· Lowest friction coefficient, wear resistance.
· The filled PTFE sheet are molded PTFE resin mixed with the most frequently used filler materials, glass fiber, carbon fiber and graphite, etc. This style sheet has improved compression strength, better abrasion resistance, high thermal conductivity and lower expansion compared with pure PTFE sheets.

PTFE Filled with Glass Microspheres is made of 100% Virgin PTFE and uses Hollow Glass Micro-Spheres as the filler. This PTFE sheet is manufactured by a unique process that structures the composition into fibers that overcome creep relaxation and/or cold flow. WT-B301F-GM is ideal for chemically aggressive services works especially for sensitive flanges that require low bolt loads.

PTFE Filled with Silica is made with 100% Virgin PTFE with Silica as the filler. Compared to conventional Virgin PTFE, this gasket material is suitable for considerably higher pressure and temperature applications. WT-B301F-S is ideal for standardisation because of excellent chemical resistance and mechanical characteristics. This material offers resistant to cold flow and creep, excellent bolt-load retention, outstanding dimensional stability under thermal stress, and resistance to wear and abrasion.

PTFE Filled with Barium Sulphate is the most chemically resistant of PTFE material variants, and is made with 100% Virgin PTFE with Barium Sulfate as the filler. WT-B301F-BS is manufactured by a unique process that structures the composition into fibers.
